Monika Kimmel joined Ryder-Burbidge Hurley Foster in 2022 as an associate lawyer. Her practice focuses on immigration, real estate and wills and estate.

Before becoming a lawyer, Monika completed a Bachelor degree at Université Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and worked as social worker in one of the most multiethnic neighborhood in Montreal. During this time that she set out on a journey to become a lawyer and she subsequently moved to Moncton, New Brunswick.

Monika earned her law degree from Université de Moncton and was called to the New Brunswick Bar. She worked as a Sole practitioner with a general practice.

Recently, Monika became a member of the Law Society of Ontario and moved to Kingston to join our firm.

Originally from Hungary, Monika is passionate about helping her community. Her achievements and involvements earned her The most inspiring Immigrants in the Maritimes award in 2020.

She speaks in French, English and Hungarian.
